Why This Exists
I sold on Amazon for years. I watched good products get buried by fake reviews. I watched customers buy tools, use them, and return them — leaving me to absorb the full loss with no recourse. I watched Amazon’s automated systems make decisions that cost me real money, with no explanation and no way to reach anyone who could actually help.
When something went wrong, the process was always the same: a form, an automated response, an appeal that went nowhere, and a case manager who couldn’t — or wouldn’t — do anything. Amazon has thousands of employees. Sellers have a help center and a prayer.
I’m Nick Polefrone. I’ve been an Amazon seller through White Sand Investments since 2017. I built SellerAction because I got tired of being told there was nothing anyone could do.
What We’re Building
SellerAction is not a forum. It’s not a support group. It’s a platform designed to turn individual seller stories into collective pressure — legal, regulatory, and reputational — on a company that has operated without meaningful accountability for too long.
Your story is evidence. Evidence changes things.
What We’re Not
SellerAction is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are an advocacy and documentation platform.
